Background

The Prudential Assurance Company Limited launched the Business Internship Program in 2001. This program not only provided tertiary students with a fast path to enter the Financial Planning & Insurance Industry, but also equipped the graduates-to-be with precious hands-on experience in the workplace during their final year of study.
Over the past 7 years, this program has received favorable comments within universities and tertiary institutes. The wide range of lecture contents were conducted by celebrity speakers such as Alfred Cheung (張堅庭), Jacqueline Law (羅慧娟), Jim Chim (詹瑞文) , Judy Mann (文麗賢), Lawerence Cheng (鄭丹瑞), Lee Lik Chee (李力持), Mary Cheung (張瑪莉), Robert Chow (周融), Tao Jie (陶傑), Terence Wong (黃桂林) etc. All of them were passionately welcomed by university students.

Internship Program

Business Internship Program is a half-year scheme which consists of, but not limited to, professional knowledge towards financial planning and insurance, as well as practical business experience. Experienced consultants from Prudential Hong Kong are appointed as mentors to share their elements of success and follow up participants’ progress. Certificates and scholarships will be awarded to participants upon successful completion of the program and those outstanding ones will be offered further career opportunities with Prudential Hong Kong.
